Not to mention that the high amounts of calcium in the milk is used to neutralize the acidic reaction our bodies have when milk is consumed. Milk will actually deplete our bones of calcium, cause mucus in our bodies and acidify us. Dairy, especially here in America where it has to be pasturized, is poison to our bodies and has no health benefits whatsoever."
