This will be my final Ecuador Retreat
This year’s Soul Adventures Retreat will be my final retreat in Ecuador.
Most likely forever.
I didn’t want to admit this even to myself but I feel I have to let you guys know incase you’ve had Vilcabamba on your bucket list but kept putting it off.
The truth is, it takes a real team of locals before I can even announce the date of a retreat, let alone help the organisation of it run smoothly and most definitely make it a magical memory for everyone attending.
BUT my parents are selling their spiritual home along with the organic orchard and the meditation portal, which have all played a massive part in everyone’s transformational journey over each retreat.
AND I can’t imagine a family run retreat without the family to run it with :), no matter how much I love returning to this truly unique corner of the world.
If you’ve been thinking of experiencing the real Valley of Longevity, please please please consider changing your current plans over 1-7 May this year.
I’d be devastated if you were yet another person asking to be added to the waitlist of a future Ecuador retreat, which will never happen.
And if this May simply doesn’t work but you were still keen to retreat with me somewhere epic, pencil in Sardinia for September!
Details for that one will be revealed right after Ecuador.

THREE THINGS I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO THE MOST ON THIS RETREAT:
1. Having my mandala drawing interpreted by a shaman. Before I had kids, this drawing from my own subconscious told him that I’m waiting for a child and the work which needs to be done first. I did the work and got pregnant with Lake :)
2. Our cacao ceremony. Getting naturally high and dancing (or drumming) all of your worries away is a pretty epic feeling. But getting high on chocolate which grew on the land we’ll be on must be experienced to be believed.
3. Our road trip to dip in the wild waters of the Amazon, which is the most invigorating and healing experience you can imagine.
