    In the winter buying any small crafting item makes me very happy. I particularly love bright fabrics or wool or threads – if I can find colourful old clothes at the Charity shop to chop up and upcycle all the better. In the warmer months nothing is more pleasig than buying seeds. Well, except maybe collecting them for free. I am still in awe of how nature can make a whole plant from something so tiny.

    I love buying little squeaky toys for my two Yorkies, although they have far, far too many already!!! They get so excited it’s worth it… although we always regret it about 10 minutes later as the ear ache sets in!!!

    Flowers! A couple of months ago I decided to set aside a little money for fresh flowers every week. It really lifts my spirits having that bit of nature in my flat :)
