I hadn't really had a proper nosh on these bars until recently. No particular reason, just ignorance really. But, boy oh boy, am I glad that I am now among the educated who knows about this company and in particular these Nakd bars and on-the-go healthy snacks. For the past couple of weeks I have been chowing down on a selection of Nakd bars which come in the widest variety of flavours - Chocolate, Cashew Cookie, Banana, Rhubarb & Custard, Apple, Strawberry, Orange - the flavours go on and on, so most palettes should find a flavour that works for them. I personally found them all spectacular and super satisfying. I am particularly taken with the Trek Protein Flapjacks which again come in a spectrum of flavours - Morning Berry being my fav - I found them a perfect mid-morning, hunger-relieving snack. So if you're looking for something to accompany your morning or afternoon cuppa, or to eat on-the-fly or energise and replenish you before or after a workout - let these be your go-to snack bars. They are mine now.
