Raw in Chelsea SupperClub | The Pictorial Summary

Raw in Chelsea SupperClub | The Pictorial Summary

Last Wednesday night, we held our very first SupperClub in Chelsea’s beautifully tasteful myhotel.

It was all part of the Grand Plan and The Secret Project BetterRaw, which very soon will no longer be much of a secret, but what it will be is the latest and greatest news for all of UK’s raw food industry!

Excited much? I know I am. Too excited for words, so I’ll do my best in pictures. Here’s a summary of the night…

Raw in Chelsea SupperClub 17The boys of upstairs' Pellicano Restaurant, helping to set up the room for 30 SupperClubbers.   Raw in Chelsea Supperclub 15Our lovely helpers, Shani and Kelly, both of whom were pure angels to me all day long.   Raw in Chelsea Supperclub 14 The first course was a Samosa Cone served over traditional Mint & Cucumber Raita and spicy radish sprouts.   Raw in Chelsea Supperclub 13 The room ready for the 'magical mystery tour of all of your senses'.   Raw in Chelsea Supperclub 12Tables are set and Pina Coladas are waiting at the door for our guests.   Raw in Chelsea Supperclub 3 Overjoyed to be in this raw food sandwich with both of the SupperClub organisers' other halves... Pretty Kate (Richard's partner) and funny Elliot (my partner).   Raw in Chelsea Supperclub 16 Second course of the night was this Avocado and Passionfruit Soup, served with Crunchy Cracker Boats.   Raw in Chelsea Supperclub 11 The third course was a Creamy Matcha Green Tea Cocktail with Dehydrated Root Veggie Chews (as seen in my eBook 'Nourished- Comforting Raw Food Recipes for Winter').   Raw in Chelsea Supperclub 4 Radiant beauties lighting up the whole room with those smiles.   Raw in Chelsea Supperclub 10 The fourth course- Romantic Salad of Mixed Greens in a Pink Raspberry and Beetroot Vinaigrette (also a recipe found in Nourished).   Raw in Chelsea Supperclub 9 Years of waitressing pay off when you can deliver more than two plates to a table at once.   Raw in Chelsea Supperclub 8 And my favourite shot of the night is of this Moroccan Garden- the  fifth course. It was a visual satisfaction of Sundried Tomato Hummus, Sunflower Seed Falafels, Sprouted Buckwheat Spirulina Crackers and Veggie Chips.   Raw in Chelsea Supperclub 2 And the 'almost whole' team! From left to right: Richard, Kim and me.   Raw in Chelsea Supperclub 7 Getting the sixth course ready, which was a Palette Cleanser- Cucumber Ginger Sorbet and Carrot Orange Foam.   Raw in Chelsea Supperclub 1 Aside from not being able to taste and smell any of these pictures, the only other pity of reading this post is not being able to hear the stunning live music. Blue Muse's Anne Malone and her team were simply sensational.   Raw in Chelsea Supperclub 6And the finale.. getting the dessert ready. We had a Sweet Trio of Raspberry (from 'Seduced' eBook), Chocolate Cinnamon (from 'Festive' eBook) and Choc Coated Hazelnut Cream. Raw in Chelsea Supperclub 5   Wanna come next time? We sold out in record time for this one and no doubt that the same thing again will happen once we release next SupperClub dates. Master of the Month | Shazzie | Rustic Loaf with Herbs Recipe

Master of the Month | Shazzie | Rustic Loaf with Herbs Recipe

Shazzie is a TV presenter on ‘Raw Kitchen’, author of five books including my favourite ‘Naked Chocolate’, original founder of Detox Your World- what was and still is even after she sold it in 2012- Europe’s largest superfood and raw food company. She is an eBook author, creator of multiple eCourses, the brain behind a revolutionary membership site ‘Shazzie’s VIP Room’, creator of many smart phone Apps and meditation MP3’s and mummy to a free range child, Evie.

Shazzie is a true mogul in the raw food world with a powerful voice in the health industry. But her resume [shockingly] doesn’t end there- this wonder woman is a self made millionaire with an inspiring success story! But above all else- she is a genuinely nice person. I met her for the first time when I was new to the UK and reasonably new to raw food, I though I’d be completely star struck and intimidated when I saw her at a festival, but all she had to say was ‘Oh I’ve just had one of those coconuts myself, I just love me some coconuts’ and with those few words and her energy, it was as though she sprinkled fairy dust all over the room and made everything peaceful and vibrant.

Meet our January's Master of the Month…
Shazzie _ Better Raw _ Master of the Month

Describe your typical day of eating and drinking.

I don't have typical anythings… as a single mum, my days are determined by what my daughter's doing… we have very little routine. I like to have green juice, some probiotic food or drink, some raw chocolate or smoothie with superfoods and lots of big green salads in my day, alongside a small amount of sweet fruit.

What (or who) inspires you to eat well and stay healthy?

My daughter. I want to be the best for her, so she can mirror that and be the best for herself. I guess beyond that, I want to remain an inspiration to others, so we have more inspired and inspiring people in the world. One hand up, one hand down… We're all in it together.

What is your biggest weakness when it comes to food and how do you deal with that?

I'm not organised. I am like that in all aspects of my life, and it drives me crazy sometimes. I often go out for the morning, end up out all day and can't find a thing to eat where I am. I used to carry raw food around with me in my bag but that's been replaced by my girl's things. So I deal with it by not telling myself off (it's how I am), by eating what I can when I can, and by always eating super super healthy at home because somehow my fridges are usually quite abundant.

    My top tip for:

Improving your diet is eat at least 50% (In weight) of your food raw at every meal so you get all the raw benefits.

Staying healthy while travelling is keep hydrated. Water is more important than food. You can also easily add dried green powders and superfoods to water for instant nourishment, and it weighs barely anything.

Detoxing is to enjoy it. I have written a lot on detox, and it’s so important (we should do it lots and forever) that it’s worth finding the ones you love so it’s not a chore. How about an infra red sauna, a lymph drainage massage, a tip-toe in the sea, an algae wrap or an enema?!

Immunising is building up a strong terrain (full term breastfeeding, herbs, living naturally, grounding etc) so that pathogens can’t take hold.

What’s the nicest thing anyone has ever said to you?

Oh god! People say lovely things to me all the time, maybe I just have lovely friends and family? Strangers who know my work tell me that I'm a real inspiration, that their lives changed radically when they got involved in my stuff and that I probably don't realise how much I've changed the world with all the work I've done. It's probably true, too. I don't know, but I remember life before raw chocolate and so I'm well chuffed with that ;-)

How would you like to be remembered?

"She had a heart big enough to hold all of us"

If you got to keep only 3 of your belongings: 1 thing from your kitchen, 1 thing from your garden and 1 thing from your bookshelf- what would they be?

VitaMix (OBVS!!!) My deck (I sunbathe on it, it's against my glass south facing wall so any time it's sunny, even in winter, it's warm enough to sunbath on it. A very clever bit of divine planning, I think!) The Book Of Secrets, Osho

If you could host a dinner party for 3 guests (dead or alive)- who would they be and what would you serve?

Russell Brand — I'd serve me. I've got a free pass from my BF to have a bit of Russell, should the opportunity ever arise! Peace Pilgrim — Warm green raw soup and a foot massage John Lennon — Durian, because it's white. Imagine all the duriasms…

Why do you believe that life is Better Raw?

Ah, I've been a veggie all my adult life, a vegan for 26 years, and raw for 14 years. I eat raw because I like feeling high-energy. I am releasing enough "stuff" from my ancestral line without putting more in by eating animals! I don't judge people who do, but I don't want that for me. I want to keep this juicy, alive, inspired and visionary way of living, so my food choices have to reflect that.

Our Master of the Month shares her favourite raw food recipe...
    SHAZZIE'S RUSTIC LOAF WITH HERBS
    Serves 10
Shazzie _ Better Raw _ Raw Food Bread Rustic Loaf Recipe

This is a beautiful and delicious all purpose loaf of what I call “better than bread” and for those who prefer breads to sweets… this will be heaven! It’s so much like traditional freshly baked bread, but sooooo much better!

Makes one beautiful loaf that serves about ten people, but feel free to experiment with various shapes and sizes.

Keeps for around seven days when refrigerated in a sealed container.

200g or 1 cup golden flax seeds
15g or 1/2 cup psyllium husks
60ml or 1/4 cup tamari or nama shoyu
60ml or 1/4 cup lemon juice
    3 teaspoons dried oregano
    3 teaspoons dried thyme
20g or 1 cup dried basil leaves
    75g or 3/4 cup maca
    3 teaspoons raw agave nectar
    60ml or 1/4 cup water
480ml or 2 cups water for psyllium
    3 teaspoons sea salt
    1 small bunch fresh dill
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 teaspoon dried parsley

Grind the flax seeds (using the grain jug if you have one) in a high speed blender (such as the VitaPrep) or a coffee/spice grinder. Soak the psyllium in 480ml / 2 cups water until the water is absorbed.

Set aside a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of dried herbs and a couple of teaspoons of maca for sprinkling on the top.

Mix all other ingredients together, either in a food processor with an S blade or in a large bowl by hand (or large spoon).

Knead the dough. Form into a round loaf, or shape of your choice.

Sprinkle with the remaining sea salt, dried herbs and the maca powder (looks like dusted flour!).

Dehydrate at 115° F or 46° C for 18-24 hours, (until crispy on the outside).

Due to the way the loaf is shaped and the nature of the bread, it’s preferable to be a bit chewy inside.

Slice or rip into chunks for soups, sandwiches and buttery spreads.

Add more fibre to your diet! It increases stool weight and promotes speedy bowel movements, helps cure high cholesterol, diabetes, obesity, IBS, constipation and colon related conditions, as well as promotes weight loss! Excellent raw food fibre sources come from psyllium husks, sprouted whole grains, oats, carrots, apples, pears and tomatoes.

Aloe Vera plants propagate quickly, so buy yourself a plant and it will keep on giving. I took the offspring (left pic) and potted it into an old candle pot (right pic)- here's what 10 months on a windowsill did.

When I posted my 'effective moth repellent' question last week- this suggestion came up a few times. Definitely doing this!

    Recycle Recycle Recycle!
Just check out how many gorgeous uses an old crate has for furniture.

26 seconds is all it takes for the chemicals in your personal care products to enter your blood stream. If you won't eat it, then don't put it on your skin. I dare you to do a 21 day challenge of using nothing but edible natural products, like Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Essential Oils, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sea Water, Avocado, Baking Soda, Seaweed, Volcanic Clay and my personal favourite- Aloe Vera!

Add Acai berry powder to your smoothies, cereals, crackers, salads, soups, and anything else you fancy. This superfood is a potent source of Vitamin C and many immune boosting qualities to help you ace through winter, it's packed with antioxidants to protect from many things, especially cell and skin damage, it's a great energy booster and digestive aid also.
It tastes delicious and my shake here has 2 cups almond milk, 1 frozen banana, 5 soaked dates and 1 heaped tablespoon Acai.

I'm excited and super proud to announce that I haven't had either a cold or a flu in over FIVE years now! Diet is the biggest contributor in my case but also due to the variety of foods that I continuously try. I wanted to tell you about 5 of them. Here are the superfoods that my body is loving this winter:

Make your favourite raw food ice-cream, smoothie or cheesecake recipe and freeze it in ice-pop moulds. This way your freezer will always be stocked with delicious healthy desserts, anytime you have that sweet tooth craving.

Take a break from work for a fun puzzle or a mini challenge like this one. Then watch your productivity, creativity and problem solving abilities soar. Ok so try it and tell me the missing number in the comments, but don't read the comments for clues...

Colloidal Silver is your immune system's best friend. It's a liquid solution in which microscopic, electrically charged particles of Silver are in suspension. It's known to kill 650 different kinds of pathogens, such as bacteria, fungus, viruses, streptococcus and many others, by inhibiting the enzymes which allow their oxygen metabolism. And it does so in minutes, safely, with no side effect. It doesn't even taste of anything. I remember my parents putting a silver coin in a jug of our drinking water when I was little and some may remember their grandparents putting silver coins in milk to preserve it. Now you can 'preserve' yourself by taking a teaspoon of Colloidal Silver a day
There are lots of places to get it now, just google. One example is this great brand:

    Act without expectation...

Add 1/4 cup white vinegar or 1/2 cup baking soda to your wash cycle. Not only is it a natural fabric softener, it will also eliminate static cling.

Rub a walnut over dings and scratches in your furniture to hide them. Now that's really thinking beyond food as medicine!

Master 1 daily raw food meal....
It’s easy to add raw foods to your meals and you probably already have salad with your potatoes, fresh fruit with your yoghurt or raw snack bars with your coffee. But what about having a full meal per day, which is 100% raw? Food combining can be tricky for the body, as different nutrients require different parts of your digestive tract to be properly broken down. That’s why even when you add raw foods to your meals, they don’t necessary go well together and some people experience indigestion or bloating. When you have a meal that is totally raw, the benefits are pretty impressive and in most cases immediate. I suggest mastering your breakfast. It’s usually super easy and there are so many options of what you can make, like green smoothies, veggie juices, living chia seed porridge, nut milk and granola, coconut yoghurt with blueberries, dehydrated energy/muesli bars, superfood shakes, fruit salads and more. When you master your breakfast, it will set the tone for the rest of the day.

The pumpkin season is among us, but don't go throwing out all those precious seeds which you scoop out! Sprinkle a bit of soil on tray, top with seeds and cover with a little more soil. Water daily and watch them sprout in 7-10 days when you can add the ready sprouts to salads, smoothies and juices.

Stand on your head for a few minutes each day to rebalance. It's a cure for everything. David Wolfe even has a great example about how the only two mammals which don't get arthritis- bats and possums- have their 'hanging upside down to thank for that.

Practice hydrotherapy. There is no better way to wake up and renew every cell in your body and get energised for detoxification, than taking a really hot shower to thoroughly warm up, then switching to cold for 30 seconds, repeating 3 times. Try it! It's the best energy boost ever.

Christmas parties aren't exactly known for their healthy feasts, but the issue is not in indulging once in a while, it's in overindulging and on the wrong things. You can still have a delicious merry time with raw foods (and without the immune system crash), so why not bring a plate to your next Christmas work party or social gathering and surprise everybody? You may even changesomeone's life with this simple idea. If you are after recipes, you already know that I have a whole eBook 'Festive-The Best Raw Food Christmas Recipes' on special now (25% off), but what's more is that I have a bunch of free recipes online too! Raw Chocolate Nut Shake + Tribest's Soyabella Review

Raw Chocolate Nut Shake + Tribest's Soyabella Review

I recently had an exciting opportunity to work with Tribest in order to develop and photograph a selection of recipes for their beautiful new website- www.tribest.co.ukIf you haven't checked it out yet, make sure you do- there's a whole collection of free recipes for you to enjoy! Here is the delicious list so far:
    Fruit Leathers
    Raw Chocolate Cookies
    Cheesy Kale Crisps
    Italian Flaxseed Crackers
    Antioxidant Punch Smoothie
    Energy Burst Smoothie
    Oranges and Cream Smoothie
    Raw Chocolate Nut Shake (below)
    Ultimate Beauty Smoothie
    Very Berry Summer Smoothie
    Virgin Pina Colada
    Cucumber Cooler Juice
    Down to Earth Immuniser Juice
    Kidney Supporting Juice
    The Classic Green Juice
Prior to this project, I was already using, loving and recommending Tribest's products, such as GreenStar Elite juicer and Sedona Dehydrator. Their range is so much bigger though, that luckily for me I got to play with all of it!
One product in particular that I want more people to know about is Tribest's Soyabella. It's an elegant little piece of equipment, which doesn't take up much bench space, looks like a stylish kettle, but is actually a nut milk maker…
It's super easy to use. I just soaked my almonds in water overnight, exactly as I always do when using the blender+strainer method. As you can see below, Soyabella has all the measurements indented inside and on the grinder cup, so you'll always know where to aim for that perfect homemade milk...
The motor head has a patented helical grinding blade and you simply insert it into the grinding cup. The downside is that you can't load it with too many nuts at once or you'll never get this blade in. I had to wiggle and shake my way in with the blade to make sure that it's screwed onto the grinding cup properly. After a couple of times, this becomes second nature. You then imply lower the blade head + grinding cup into the body...
I love it how this isn't rocket science and you can work out what to do without any instructions, rather using very clearly marked buttons. The cord is also detachable, which has come in handy when I packed up my Soyabella to take along to workshops and also to store nicely on my kitchen bench.
After 3-4 whizzes (this was literally a total of 40 seconds, no more), you have a ready creamy and delicious nut milk right inside the jug, while the nut pulp stays in the grinder cup. It's easy to pour, easy to clean and the milk is quite possibly the tastiest I've had after using a variety of different methods to produce it...
    Favourite part:
Aside from a clean, easy, no-fuss, no-mess way to make my nut milk, I love it that I can use Soyabella for making my hot chocolates! There is no cooking involved, so I can still have my hot chocolate drink- raw, but since I'm not using my hands to strain the milk, I won't burn them either when using hot water.
    Least favourite part:
The pulp left inside the grinder cup stays pretty wet. Sometimes this is actually the best part about this process, because I add the wet pulp directly to my other recipes, like raw cakes and cookies, however the rest of the time, I find myself using a spoon to manually press the ground up nuts into the grinder, so the rest of the liquid can seep out of the tiny holes.
    The verdict:
Get it! It's affordable, it's stylish, it's easy to use and produces delicious, raw, healthy, lactose-free, nutrient-rich nut milks. Tribest are also offering my readers a generous 25% off of any of their products including this baby, until 31st December 2013. Just use the code TANYA25 in your shopping basket! Check out what else you can get discount codes on before the end of the year, here>>
And as for a recipe that you could make with a nut milk, try this crazy tasty…
    RAW CHOCOLATE NUT SHAKE
    Serves 2

    2 cups hazelnut milk
    2 bananas, peeled and frozen
    3 medjool dates, pitted
    3 tbsp cacao powder
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
optional: 1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder

    – Transfer all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high.
    – Serve immediately.

Tanya’s Top Tip: You can use any non dairy milk here, but I chose hazelnut, because there is just that something so dreamy about the hazelnut and chocolate combination. Make your own nut milks by using Soyabella.

My top 5 Superfoods for immunising during winter and always

Touch wood, but I haven't been sick with either a cold or a flu in over five years now.

If you asked for my secret five years ago, I would've put it down solely to green smoothie drinking. Then over time, as my diet evolved and my curiosity for superfoods, wholefoods and supplements grew, I am now confident of this:

The immune system gets stronger with variety.

Variety of the foods you put in your mouth, variety in your eating patterns (think detoxing and fasting), variety of seasons and temperature (think bare feet in winter and shower tempering), your exercise regime, work breaks, things you look at, places you travel to, conversations you have and so on.

But the number one thing is and will always be- something we do and think about more often than anything else- eating.

As a coach I often find myself reminding others to listen to their bodies, not their heads, for what they want to eat. But I do get that sometimes you have to first taste a certain food to store it in your body's wisdom library for later reference. I also get that some health foods sound too alien for a willing wallet, so hoping to decipher the code for you by sharing five immunising foods which my body is loving this winter season and why I think that you should try them too…

    CAMU CAMU BERRY
    photo: source
ABOUT: Camu Camu is a bush growing in the black water rivers of the Amazon, which produces berries about the size of large grapes. They get picked at peak ripeness and frozen in the boat that collects them. Back at the plant, they are thawed, peeled and dried to a powder, which we are lucky to buy around the world. To me this is an absolute wonder food. It's about 60 times higher in Vitamin C than oranges, making it the highest source of Vitamin C in the world! So just 1/2 teaspoon of dry powder provides almost 400% of RDA.
HOW TO TAKE: I always keep some Camu Camu in the cupboard and only find myself taking a little before flying or at a change of every season to keep my immune system strong. Luckily I don't have the need for regular use, but Elliot is the one usually under the weather because of his work. As soon as he starts to feel like a cold is coming on, I get him to take 2 teaspoons of Camu Camu mixed with 2 teaspoons of Bee Pollen and the next day he is back to normal. Many of my clients take a teaspoon each day in smoothies or juices for 2 weeks to immunise and then just 1/2 teaspoon to maintain their health.

    BEE POLLEN
    photo: source
ABOUT: Bee Pollen is a superfood used by vegetarian and even non-vegetarian athletes, because of its mega high protein content. It has 20 of 22 essential amino acids!! What's more is that to me this is like a complete food also being full of carbohydrates, Vitamins A, B and C and minerals like magnesium, calcium, copper, iron, silica, phosphorous, sulphur, chlorine and manganese. It's been known to ease and cure many allergies, to energise, lower blood pressure, improve digestion and clear problematic skin.

HOW TO TAKE: As you've just read above, I mix it with a little Camu Camu, because the berry powder is tangy and the pollen is sweet, so they make a tasty crumble. You can eat it as is- straight from a spoon, spread it on a cracker together with almond butter, add to smoothies, cookies, energy balls, granola and anything else you'd like a little taste of honey with. Generally a tablespoon a day is a good amount, but you can't overdose on the stuff, so enjoy to your heart's desire.

    UDO'S CHOICE OIL BLEND
    photo: source
ABOUT: "Our bodies need essential fatty acids omega 3 and 6 for maintaining optimum heart health, brain function, supple joints and a strong immune system. They are called ‘essential’ because our bodies cannot produce them -- they need to be included in our diets. However, with modern day food processing and cooking methods which damage or destroy these delicate essential fats, our sources of “healthy”, undamaged omega oils are limited. Udo’s Choice Ultimate Oil Blend provides a simple and convenient way of ensuring the whole family can obtain these important nutrients by mixing it in with foods or your favourite smoothie (great for getting the omega oils into kids!)"

INGREDIENTS: Flaxseed oil, Sunflower seed oil, Sesame seed oil, Coconut oil, Evening primrose oil (13mg gla/15ml), Soy lecithin, Rice bran and rice germ oils, Oat bran and oat germ. [From organically grown plant seeds. Gluten free].

HOW TO TAKE: You really don't need to add it to anything, as the oil is actually lovely tasting as it is and it's easy to take 1-2 tablespoons daily for beautiful skin and healthy hair amongst many benefits. Otherwise you can stir that amount into salad dressings, smoothies and sauces.

    MACA ROOT
    photo: source
ABOUT: Maca is a root vegetable from Peru, which quickly gained popularity out these ways, when people discovered its hormonal balancing, libido enhancing and fertility promoting powers. It is also an amazing adaptogen, which means that it helps the body adapt to stress and therefore strengthen the immune system. It is recommended for men and women for maintaining good health and protein intake (yes it contains high amount of essential amino acids!) or for treatment purposes for those with anaemia, memory loss, chronic fatigue syndrome, erectile disfunction, menstrual issues, osteoporosis and depression.
HOW TO TAKE: Maca is energising, so it is best taken in the morning with breakfast. You can get it in capsule form if you find the taste too strong. I quite enjoy both the aroma and the taste in its powdered form and usually put a teaspoon into my breakfast nut-shake or a hot spiced chocolate. I also often sprinkle it over granola and add it to raw cakes, crackers, sauces and smoothies. I haven't heard any overdosing stories, but personally feel that 3 teaspoons per day would be my limit.

    pH BOOSTER ALKALISING GREENS
    photo: source
ABOUT: pH Booster is in my opinion the best possible mix for alkalising superfood powders EVER! Naturally I would say that of course, it being my own product, however I put it together only because there was nothing so potent on the market for my annual course 'Acid-Alkaline Breakthrough'. I wanted the most effective way of boosting pH levels, while mineralising, immunising and detoxing all at the same time. The result was this combo of 22 greens, herbs, grasses and vegetables. Every element is either certified organic or free from agro-chemicals and totally raw - all ingredients are juiced and/or dried below 110 degrees F to preserve their nutrients and enzymes. It is widely known that no disease can claim a body in its alkaline state, so it is very important to test your pH levels on litmus paper and make sure you don't tip over to the acidic side. This is where the pH Booster plays a crucial part.
INGREDIENTS: Wheatgrass powder, Barley Grass Powder, Alfalfa Herb Powder, Bilberry Leaf Powder, Black Walnut Leaf Powder, Couchgrass Powder, Dandelion Leaf Powder, Ground Lemongrass, Marshmallow Root Powder, Meadowsweet Herb Powder, Ground Pau d'Arco Inner Bark, Ground Peppermint, Rosehip Powder, Ground Rosemary, Red Sage Powder, Ground Thyme, White Willow Bark Powder, Horsetail Powder, Slippery Elm Powder, Celery Seed Powder, Chlorella Powder, Spirulina Powder.

HOW TO TAKE: As the Acid-Alkaline Breakthrough course is 28 days, I suggest 1 teaspoon 2-4 times daily. You'll need 2 of these 200g bottles for the full duration of the course. Otherwise for general good health- a teaspoon a day -mixed in water, smoothies, juices or sprinkled on cereals- is a great way to enjoy the powder.
